Board of the “vereniging”

The Vereniging Vrienden van het Beatrixpark has board of six volunteers.
All of them are in function for many years, some even more than 15 years!
Should it be required by the rules to re-assign a boardmember; that will be done during the annual meeting of members of the vereniging.
Each of us have a specified task, such as law; pr, finance or website.
